in a moment of weakness, i bought my favorite furballs a new toy/piece of furniture . . .



i was actually kind of shocked. hermione doesn't usually take to stuff like this (i've tried and returned more than one scratching post), but it wasn't in the door more than 5 minutes before they were both intrigued . . .

this is before maynard realized he could actually climb on it.


hermione braved the top first. but maynard couldn't be left out.


wow. cool. now who's tall, eh?


i think he batted that thing around for a solid 20 minutes before he tired himself out.
