It's pretty lame coming from a Northeasterner, but I may actually stay in the apartment today. I had plans to meet Carolyn in an attempt to force each other to work, but I just don't trust Seattle-ites in this stuff. I haven't had good luck in the past when I've decided to screw it and just brave the elements like a big-bad-New-Yorker would. It's funny, back east, a few inches would never stop anyone.

Couple years ago, the forecast was for "Little to no snow accumulation". I woke up to find my house looking like this:

The last of the ice finally melted off my car yesterday! Now there's more snow. I like the snow, but I'm getting tired of it while driving.

I'm ready for summer now.

Aw. :( Yeah, it was pretty this morning. I guess since I grew up in NY with 22 years of very, very snowy winters, I could do with a few snow-free winters. :)

Looks like Buffalo.....or Detroit. Could be anywhere in the Midwest or on the East coast. Californians are bad drivers in the rain and even worse in the snow. Here, a sprinkling of snow would be the sort of thing that forces a "state of emergency" and closes businesses.

Oh god, I can only imagine, since it would be much worse than Seattle I suspect.
