I hate when that happens. Can your therapist do a telephone session if she can't be p[hysically present? Mine does that sometimes if I really want or need an appointment and she is not in her office. Hang in there....(hugs)

Leave a voice mail spouting nearly incoherent ramblings for a few minutes with a banging sound every 5-10 seconds. End the call mumbling about how hard the wall is.
